- GDGwen DeeJan 6, 20265.0I truly loved my stay at this hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff showed great flexibility. Every team member was kind and attentive—especially Jasmine, who went above and beyond 🫶🏻❤️. Breakfast was great, everything was spotless, and communication was consistently excellent. The cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions or assist with anything needed. The only downside I experienced was the pool. The chlorine level seemed higher than recommended, which caused eye irritation and some difficulty breathing. If you have asthma, I would advise caution. I mentioned this to the staff, and I understand they can only do so much, but I truly hope management or supervisors can address this issue. I would not recommend using the pool until there is a daily log available showing proper pH and chlorine levels. Aside from that, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
