Communication with the front desk was nearly nonexistent — multiple calls went unanswered, and getting assistance felt like a challenge each time. Housekeeping was another major issue: our room wasn’t cleaned for several days, and service only arrived after we complained directly to management. The hotel seemed extremely understaffed, which led to long delays and an overall lack of attention to guests. The pool area also did not look anything like the photos online. It could definitely use touch-ups and better maintenance. The hot tub in particular seemed to have an imbalance of cleansing/chlorine chemicals, which left my skin irritated for the rest of the weekend. If you’re just passing through and need a quick overnight stop, it might suffice. But if you’re planning to stay more than a day, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere — there are cleaner, better-managed, and more accurately represented hotels in the area.

I had read in other reviews that some rooms might have a strong smell of cleaning products (like chlorine), and in my case it was true, but I actually see it as a positive thing because it shows they really make sure everything is disinfected and spotless. The smell goes away quickly, which is much better than finding a lack of hygiene. The bed was very comfortable, towels and sheets were clean, and there were no bugs at all. For all these reasons, I definitely give it 5 out of 5 stars.
