- MKMal- KaySep 2, 20252.0The hotel is alright. Probably one of the better ones this side of Texas. But the rooms are hit or miss. It also has a pool. First stay, had a king suite and everything was fine. Second stay, the room had an awful mildew smell making it hard to sleep and ignore. Would t be a real issue but a other customer mentioned it in the reviews and I can confirm the smell is unbearable. I am tired and it's 1AM, I had a late flight to San Antonio and drove up to the hotel.... Otherwise I'd go downstairs and request a different room. Also, during both stays, the TVs didn't work and couldn't connect to hotel wifi. Also not sure why trash bins don't have any trash bags as you have to thrown the trash in the bin and then the bins themselves end up getting dirty with rubbish. The one positive is the staff has been super helpful and courteous.
