Jessica went above and beyond to help us find a solution and was incredibly kind and patient with a couple of very tired parents. - AAAMFeb 28, 20264.0I stayed here for 1 night recently, while on a roadtrip and visiting Palo Duro Canyon State Park. This hotel was located a short drive from the park, was easy to find, and they are dog friendly (with a reasonable pet fee for the stay). The check in process was easy, and I found the room to be comfortable and clean. I would say the only thing I didn't like about this hotel, was the elevator, which was very small, jolted/jumped often, and ran very slow. It seems it was the only elevator in the hotel, making it a bit difficult to get all the staff with the cleaning carts and the customers where they need to go efficiently. Overall, I would stay here again, but I might ask for a room on the first floor to avoid the small/sluggish elevator!

I told the person at the front desk and they said the person working the kitchen would get to it. 25 min later garbage cans remain untouched. Table we sat at was dirty and I had to wipe it down myself.
