We asked for top floor away from elevator and received 2nd floor next to elevator and they said there was nothing they can do. The staff started to communicate via text then stopped. They tried but can’t give it more than 3 stars.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely unwelcoming and treated me with clear disrespect. The way I was spoken to and looked at made me feel singled out and uncomfortable the entire time. No guest should ever feel judged or unwelcome, but that’s exactly how I felt throughout my stay. On top of that, the hotel itself was absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty when I arrived I saw stained sheets, grimy bathroom surfaces, and trash that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, I saw roaches crawling near the bed and in the bathroom. It was beyond unacceptable and honestly disturbing.Between the filthy conditions and the terrible treatment from staff, this place completely ruined my trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values cleanliness and treats guests with basic respect.
