I don’t always write bad reviews until it get over the top , I love staying in this hotel for three days and I was checking out yesterday early morning, the employee at the front desk see me going out of the door to put my bags in my car and when I was coming inside the hotel to return the keys back ….. the employee at the front desk looked at me I was standing outside Bcoz the doors was locked and he refused to open the door after other guest’s standing right in front of him pointed at me waiting outside the door for him to open the door but he refused to open the door other guest who making coffee he ended up come to open the door for me , if u all can check the camera this incident happened between yesterday early morning date oct15. Time 3:20 to 3:50 …. After I returned the room keys he not even apologize or give any explanation and act like nothing happened at all …. These types of employees looks the whole hotel management looks bad …. Front office is face hotel and suppose to act as the primary point of contact guests and managing all aspects of the guests experience. That employee was rude and need to be repliment and please put someone else who knows how to value to staying guest in hotel which reflects good for the business…. I hope this suggestion will help

Booked a room for a one night getaway... Immediately found dead roach by my bathtub in bathroom followed by a little bug crawling around my sink and a dead scorpion under my sink. We got back in around 1230am and went to bed. FYI the pullout couch bed is trash and my son was basically laying downhill on his head. At 130 I was woken up by a nonstop sound and realized it was room phone. I answered and a front desk clerk told me she had had multiple complaints about my specific room and kids running around halls and banging on doors. I told her you woke me up and my kids are asleep and don't do that. I advised her there was a loud rowdy group one door further than me and they had been running around since we checked in. The rude attendant stated she called their rooms and no one answered but I answered so it had to be my room. Absolutely Ludacris cause all u had to do was walk to the 2nd floor hallway and watch the young adults acting crazy and making videos of the young ladies. Absolutely horrible experience and will not ever use this hotel again.

I am a diamond elite IHG member and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The female working the front desk, was hard to understand and unbelievably rude and petty. She harassed me about my service dog (who she charged me an additional $75 for). Got to my suite and it smells like smoke. I also found a pubic hair on the toilet, and what I think is a silverfish bug. I love IHG but will avoid this hotel at all costs moving forward.

Just recently visited this location in Burleson Texas. Please beware travelers. The Breakfast was terrible the oatmeal was runny and uncleaned tables and trash was full
In our room the AC unit wasn’t cooling and it was making a very loud noise couldn’t sleep
The pool was Ice cold and no big towels for adults just kiddy towels
The front desk staff, maintenance were all outside smoking next to front door every 15 minutes because I was down there at desk trying to get help. I actually got some gum out of hotel store and had to go outside to tell them to add it to my room bill
My husband is handicapped and I told them in the notes online booking but it didn’t matter didn’t help any
Please people do not stay there and also so many semi trucks are parked in the roadway
I asked for reimbursements but only 5,000 rewards which I won’t use
It’s suppose to be a satisfactory stay ! I was not satisfied
Beware Travelers 🙈🙈🙈🙈
