  I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely unwelcoming and treated me with clear disrespect. The way I was spoken to and looked at made me feel singled out and uncomfortable the entire time. No guest should ever feel judged or unwelcome, but that’s exactly how I felt throughout my stay. On top of that, the hotel itself was absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty when I arrived I saw stained sheets, grimy bathroom surfaces, and trash that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, I saw roaches crawling near the bed and in the bathroom. It was beyond unacceptable and honestly disturbing.Between the filthy conditions and the terrible treatment from staff, this place completely ruined my trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values cleanliness and treats guests with basic respect.

  This hotel is SO extremly racist. I came with my family and we were expecting a nice welcome but instead we got welcomed with snarky racist comments, Just because we were hispanics. We stayed for 2-3 days to enjoy a good getaway but the owners ruined it for us. They did not make us feel welcome whatsoever they kept making bad comments towards us we felt unseen and unwelcome. This place is such a HORRIBLE place to stay at. Yes it might look nice but the people running it are the absolute worst of the worst. We are in 2026 there’s no need for no more racist commentary. So if you’re planning on staying here book at your own risk because they WILL do the same to you aswell. Don’t always go by what others say it’s not always true. I will not be coming here ever again I hope the owners grow up and realize what they did and said was absolutely disgusting , disrespectful and disgraceful to us people of color.

  This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive when we raised concerns. Instead of taking the situation seriously, they acted like it was an inconvenience to even speak to us. The room was not clean, and we found bed bugs and cockroaches during our stay. We have photos documenting everything. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. No guest should ever have to deal with that mostly when they are with family or friends. Between the lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional behavior from staff, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management seriously needs to address these issues immediately instead of saying “I can’t do anything about it.”
