  stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kyle and it was honestly the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. We were in Room 318, and there is no way it had been properly cleaned. I should have known there were housekeeping problems from the start because the lobby smelled like old mop water. The sheets had crust and didn’t look fresh at all. There was hair in the shower, which is just unacceptable. I even put a towel down in the bottom of the shower so I wouldn’t slip, and it turned brown—that’s how dirty it was. It got to the point where I had to put my Crocs back on just to shower, and my husband and kids did the same. That should never happen in a hotel. I didn’t complain at the time because my sister-in-law paid for the room, but looking back, I really should have. I was honestly shocked at how bad it was. This was my first and definitely my last time staying here.

  The only problem was the cleaning ladies dont understand , when you put that " don't deserve" on your door means . Some people work nights besides that it's clean hotel

  Just returned from a 3 night stay here. We frequently choose HIE properties, and have been usually been pleased. This one however, fell short of expectations. It's a bit dated, with some things in disrepair.One of the days, our room never got made up and we had to go down to the desk for dry towels. No apology or explanation. The tub/shower in the room is treacherous, narrow and not with a flat bottom. Definitely a fall hazard. Room floors are cleaned with a swiffer and spray, leaving them slick and oily feeling. We travel to Buda several times a year and won't return here.

  Zimmerservice war nicht immer zuverlässig - um 16:30 Uhr war das Zimmer immer noch nicht gemacht. Frühstücksbuffet war nicht immer vollständig. Beim Frühstück fehlt immer etwas - es wird nicht aufgefüllt. Leider ist das Preis-Leistung nicht optimal. Das Personal war bei meinem Aufenthalt unterbesetzt, deshalb würde ich mich auf bessere Erfahrungen beim nächsten Mal freuen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde mir der Personalmangel erklärt und meine Kritik ernst genommen. Alles gut! Vielen Dank an die Rezeption für euer Feedback!

  Huge miss on the part of the Holiday Inn name. Elevator not working, NO coffee machine in the rooms, pancake maker not working, no fresh fruit at breakfast, room updates were shoddy and yes the fan was a massive propeller that was at max take off speed or off. Definitely would pass on this place.
