  Well I was robbed here the owner showed my truck being robbed said he was going to go to his computer to get me more info never got back in contact with me we kept going to talk to the manager he was on the phone never connected me

  Do not stay here!! The room was horrible. Smelled of chlorine and cleaning supplies. The bathroom was legit falling apart. If you turned the handle on the sink the whole thing moved around. The shower was filled with black and pink mold and had hairs in it from the previous guests. The shower curtain didn't even reach the bathtub, so the water went everywhere all over the ground which obviously resulted in damage to the wall and baseboards. The walls in the shower were peeling off too. The beds squeaked and moaned when you sat on them ( and no I'm not overweight). The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night as well. The elevator was falling apart. The next day I had bites on my arm!!! I’m going to contact the department of health and corporate. Based upon these reviews this hotel has been getting away with this for far too long.

  Filthy facility, sewer smell in room, broken light fixtures throughout, damaged elevator panels, shabby looking staff at front desk that doubled as breakfast makers.

  ZERO stars is more appropriate!! The room was filthy with SO MANY hairs on the bathroom floors, room floors were very dirty, and then the bed.. oh the dirt and hairs in the bed! The sheets were NOT even swapped between guests. So tired I stayed anyway, I asked to switch to another room the next morning. The floors were cleaner, but I pulled back the bedsheets to find hairs and dirt!! So gross! I checked out and asked for a refund for the second night!! I paid $186 for this (she photos)!!

  Check in was pretty easy, however the first room that I was assigned wasn't even cleaned. They were in the middle of changing staff when I went back down to inform them about the condition of the room. Once the new person was situated he offered a suite for the same price. I've never had that happen. After getting in the "suite" it was just a bigger area with a sofa and coffee table in it. But I'm glad I wasn't charged for it either! All went well until I was ready to go to bed! I turned the bed down and the sheets had not been changed from the former person! It was too late and I was so tired I said screw it and slept on top of the sheets. The TV controller didn't work, there was no switch for the ceiling fan. The toilet seat was loose and wore out and there was no tightening it. For the remainder of my stay, I dealt with it! Way too much wrong with the rooms to pay what I paid!!!
