- SSSavannah SeymourDec 26, 20255.0After a long 18 hour drive, my bf & I were ready to check into our hotel next door but we came into chaos (their fire alarm was malfunctioning, for the 3rd night in a row said other guests & some were stuck in the elevator). We canceled asap & came here to Candlewood where Vee was so kind & helpful - even with it being last minute and 1030PM on Christmas. She made sure we had everything we needed & the check in was so quick and easy. Would definitely stay here next time we’re in TX! 😊

I can't say enough about the ladies up front...Kayla, Vee, Cindy and Yvette were all awesome and always had a smile on their faces. The room was very clean and maintenance was on top of small request. I will be staying here again soon and for any future visits to the area. Thank you for being a great team!

The staff were very helpful when our television wasn’t working. The pool seemed to be rarely used, which might explain why it wasn’t very clean when I went for a swim. On the positive side, the laundry machines were complimentary, which was a nice perk.

Cindy and Vee at the front desk provided the best customer service. And, the rooms were VERY clean, roomy, and had everything we needed at our fingertips! We will definitely stay here again when we come visit family in the area!!
