- KKKopperkladMar 22, 20265.0Just completed a four night, five day stay, and we will most certainly be back. Breakfast each morning was terrific. Our bed and the room were quiet, clean, and convenient. From front desk, food service, and housekeeping, the entire staff was courteous and professional. We especially want to give a shout out to Rob who was quietly performing room maintenance on vacant rooms, but we also saw him assisting housekeeping by clearing dirty linens from check-out rooms before the rooms were cleaned: We needed some extra toiletries during our extended stay and Rob courteously obliged. We will be back.

I booked here because it had the highest reviews in the area (9.0 on hotels.com), yet the cleanliness we experienced was closer to a 3.0. Very old, lots of terrible patchwork repairs everywhere from the floor in our bathroom to the shower faucet and paint. This hotel needs a complete remodel. Disappointed to say the least.
