- JGJimmy GriderDec 23, 20253.0It's a basic hotel. TV is wall mounted and does not move. Very difficult to plug in HDMI . Alarm clock did not go off. Wifi strength was weak. No breakfast only coffee . 24 hr store next door is surprisingly expensive on its breakfast items

They cancelled my reservation which was for 133 with tax to 250 with tax. They purposely cancelled it to get more money. I have PROOF that this was NEVER a prepaid room bc if it was IHG website would never all me to make the reservation. I WILL NEVER stop complaining those liars. I have no room for my son's graduation. I will start with IHG and the BBB because what they did WAS CRIMINAL. Don't stay here. I will leave feedback everyday to drag down your score bc I AM PISSED.

I travel every week for work but it was a game weekend and choices were slim. Won’t stay here again. IHG should be ashamed of this property.

The hotel staff was great and friendly- I had some good conversations with them during check in. Finally, the location is incredible. I was able to get to where I needed pretty quick. There is also a Starbucks right next to the hotel.
