- CBCasey BookoutMar 4, 20262.0Good location and the staff was friendly, but the rooms are in bad shape. The tub for the shower in our room had a hole in it about 8 inches long and a quarter inch wide. It was repaired with clear flex/gorilla tape. There was mold growing in several places. The place was also extremely overpriced due to all the things going on in College Station last weekend.

When they said they had no other rooms I asked that they either fix the issue or comp the room. The staff contacted the manager and instead of fixing anything they treated me like a criminal and evicted me. There were no other available rooms in close hotels so they left me rather stranded. Totally unacceptable and actually hostile service. This had been my go-to hotel in College Station and I had stayed there many times over recent years - but now this hotel and IHG group have lost me. Don't risk staying here!
