Minus the service itself.The breakfast was not good at all. Very minimum, also, the staff was friendly. But seemed to not understand that children will have accidents and my son got a nosebleed and I was charged $40 for using a hotel towel to stop his nose from bleeding. Which is insane!!! I wasn't sure how else we were supposed to stop his nose from bleeding. So it makes it ridiculous for me to be charged. $40 for a hotel towel which probably only cost them anywhere from 5 to 7 bucks again. I think this was quite ridiculous. And they have to understand that children will have mistakes and accident will happen, and we shouldn't be charged forty dollars for a towel..

The presence of bed bugs made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably, and it was a major health concern. The management did not address the issue promptly, and it significantly impacted the quality of the stay. I strongly advise against staying here until the issue is resolved.
- MCMaryjane CruzJan 31, 20262.0I’m not hating but i book from Thursday tilll Saturday and added a day a supposedly a new employee on this past Tuesday I added an additional day that lady said no problem so coming on Thursday same woman I spoke to on phone she told me your reservation is Thursday-Saturday keep dis in mind I drove from Katy and I’m tired she is telling me my room is already booked Sunday she told me we can move you I said ok cuz I’m tired from the drive so yes then made me move and their breakfast is a 1 star no scrambled eggs and not enough options so heads up
