- DLDominic LittyJan 22, 20261.0This was a truly bad experience. First day checking in when I came to my room there was 3 roaches in the sink. Got rid of them and the next morning there was more. I brought it up to the front desk and asked to change rooms and they said they couldn't change my room but they would send maintenance to take care of it. They came up and put a trap under the sink. Next night while eating dinner there was not only more in the sink but one crawled across the table i was sitting at and another crawled up my leg. Every day I would see them and would be told i couldn't change rooms but they would take care of it. Went to put on my shoes and there was 2 in my shoe. Dresser drawers had them... very disappointed in the stay especially being a Hilton hotel i expected better service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Glad my stay was only 6 days
