Most of the rooms are nice, but a good portion of the rooms have significant water damage and smell like mold and are constantly damp. They have a lot of water damage in the hallways as well and have to run fans constantly. My biggest gripe is the laundry situation. It’s very expensive at $1.50 per wash and dry. The two washers/dryers on the left constantly eat your quarters and you’re not able to add more time to the two on the left because they don’t function as they should. The dryer time is also only set for 30 minutes so if you have any heavy work clothes, nothing gets dry with one cycle. There’s also only four sets total for this giant hotel. The laundry situation, if you are here for business, is a huge pain and at over $1000 per week you would think it would be free.
