They are so comfortable that we knocked out every time we put our head on the pillow! Jocelyn the receptionist was also amazing!! She was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Between the obvious smell of humidity to humid carpets to double charging me, double booking me and then double booking my room to where strangers walked into the room I am sharing with my 4 month old and 1 year old daughter it’s been just a terrible experience. The front desk girl is incompetent and in need of customer service and basic training of the position she is working. How did I get charged almost $500 but I wasn’t checked in at the same time? Do better.

Front desk really don’t help, we told them about insects in the rooms and never took action. Water pressure is low. Mattress was worn down. Defined wont recommend
