Front desk really don’t help, we told them about insects in the rooms and never took action. Water pressure is low. Mattress was worn down. Defined wont recommend

The biggest issues were that when I was making a reservation the girl in front desk was rude ,I was asking her for a room that a saw online but she didn’t even let me finish , she interrupted me saying “that I could do it online with an attitude! then I asked her if she had a one bed room and she ignored me , if she’s not going to treat customers how they should be treated nicely she shouldn’t be working in customer service at all !, maybe she got mad because we interrupted her while she was watching her phone and eating on the clock , we usually stay at holiday inn 4 times a year and I never had an issue until now also the room had a damp smell and the hair dryer was broken.
