The front desk agent was incredibly kind and helpful in getting us squared away into a handicapped room quickly. She made a rough situation feel so much easier. Thank you!

- MMMikeDec 18, 20251.0100% incompetent manager! He/she scheduled a major painting job right in the middle of the main entrance driveway that lasted the full 2 days that we were there. I couldn't pull up to load/unload, and it was very hard for my wife, who has mobility issues. She had to navigate a side door that was too narrow even for luggage carts, and she almost fell. The door had to be propped open with a rock, which moved sometimes, letting the door close, and my room key would not open it, so I had to repeatedly go back around to the main entrance and back to the room. Holiday Inn, or the local owner, needs to FIRE THIS MANAGER! The room was good, the front desk workers excellent, the breakfast resembled a bad Motel 6. I recommend the Best Western nearby, this Holiday Inn is a shameful embarrassment to the chain.
