Housekeeping was phenomenal throughout my stay, they really take pride in their work. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Esperanza, who prepared everything fresh and delicious each morning. She was warm, welcoming, and truly made the mornings feel special. Valerie at the front desk was also amazing. She was very accommodating, helpful, and made check-in and any questions I had incredibly easy. The staff here are so kind and welcoming! Overall, great staff, great stay. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area. Thank you to you all for all the work you do!

The staff was completely unhelpful, and when I tried to speak with the General Manager, Al Patel, he was unbelievably disrespectful and dismissive. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a hotel manager before, it was shocking. If this is how they treat their guests before arrival, I can only imagine what the actual stay would be like. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

Be warned, if you encounter any issues with your stay (which you will!) you will be refused a cancellation or refund and will be subject to verbally abusive behavior by the manager Al Patel. If you try to escalate your concern, be prepared to wait on hold while an overseas call center does nothing to help you. Stay away!!
