The lobby is nice, the room is clean, and the bed? Oh, the bed looks like it was designed by a sleep influencer. Pillows fluffed. Comforter inviting. It whispers, “Come rest, weary traveler.” That bed is a LIAR. I laid down expecting a peaceful night and instead found myself in a long-term relationship with a mattress that felt like it was filled with disappointed bricks. Not too firm. Not too soft. Just… aggressively uncomfortable. I tossed, I turned, I questioned my life choices. Then came morning. I reached for coffee — because I am a civilized human being — and discovered there is no coffee in the room. None. Not a packet. Not a machine. Not even a sad decaf option. If you want caffeine, you must leave your room, go to the lobby, and interact with the world before you’re awake. Bold choice, Best Western. Very bold. That said, everything else was perfectly fine. Clean room, friendly staff, good location. I didn’t hate my stay — I just didn’t sleep OR caffeinate properly, which feels important. Would I stay again? Sure. Would I bring my own coffee maker and possibly a mattress topper? Absolutely. Three stars. One for cleanliness, one for appearances, and one for the confidence of a bed that knows it’s deceiving people.

Forced to do so out of necessity (had to attend a wedding) was so pleasantly surprised at how clean, well maintained and comfortable the facility was. Left something in the room and the staff did there best to FIND IT, and kept it for us until we could return to claim it. Amazing staff service....so IMPRESSED!

I usually stay at the Hampton in Brenham but they were sold out. CLEAN CRISP SMELLS GOOD! Flawlessly clean bathroom and amazing 50/60 inch in room Netflix TV. Seriously this might be my new go to in Brenham. Sherry and her special breakfast assistant were so awesome at breakfast, we walked in a little late for breakfast and she kept it open for us. Nice selection of muffins, cereals, fresh milk, yogurt, fruit cups— no waffle machine but who cares. Allie- at front desk made sure to look out for me because I was arriving late and had my room ready for us. Pleasant front desk service the next day though I didn’t catch her name. If you’re the franchisee you’ve done great work with this property, kept up really well and rooms:breakfast area are up to date with modern standards, you’ve spent a lot of money and time remodeling this property and it shows- Blinn parents this a great place to stay without any doubts.
