  Aggressive 9 AM knock from housekeeping. I paid the premium price to be startled early in the morning. Check out is at noon. Why do you have to knock aggressively before breakfast is even over?

  I’m so impressed! Even with a hotel full of construction workers (for local projects, not the hotel itself) the staff are working hard to keep it clean! Both the evening and the morning front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, as well as the person in charge of breakfast. The only thing that would improve the hotel would be walk in showers in the handicap accessible room. Rarely can an older person step into a bathtub and I traveled with my mom, who is 83. That being said, the bathroom has a copious amount of assistance bars and places to hang towels and clothes. The breakfast has an excellent array of options. We will definitely stop here again the next time we’re in the area!

  The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and the front desk associate sabrina, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, especially since our decision to stay in Bonham was spontaneous and we had arrived completely unprepared. Her warm hospitality made our stay so enjoyable—we will definitely be returning in the future!

  I stayed here while passing through. The staff was polite, but the property is in very poor condition. The pool was closed, the gym stinks and the entire building has foul odors. One stairwell smelled like a port-a-potty, the other like spoiled food. The elevator reeked like a horse barn. My room smelled of mold and stale smoke. The air conditioner was the main culprit, blasting a throat-irritating stench every time it turned on and making it impossible to sleep. I removed the AC cover and discovered years of neglect, it was covered in mold and mildew. See photos. It’s astonishing. The bathroom was no better, after using the shower I felt like I needed another shower. The toilet is loose from the floor, and cracked tiles everywhere because the floor is rotten and soft, The shelves in the shower were falling off, a moldy shower curtain, and hair in the toilet when I arrived, topped off with stained bath towels. The breakfast was extremely low-quality; Powdered eggs, and microwaved food from bags and cans. Trucks with loud exhaust racing around all night long in the intersection out front, made things even worse. I image that anyone who leaves a good review of this place has no frame of reference, and Management’s canned responses to other bad reviews don’t inspire confidence that any improvements will be made, despite them proclaiming they are making renovations. I cannot recommend this place and won’t be staying again.
