The door that is supposed to only allow guests in, never locked so security wasn’t really ensured. The second key never worked and then the main key stopped working on our first night/morning. The fire alarm when off each morning of our two night stay at about 7:30 & 7:50. My partner was HIGHLY upset. No explanation nor apology was offered at time of checkout, though the checkout lady was professional. Also, the Wi-Fi kept kicking me out. That’s not the big issue, just to mention. Probably won’t be staying here again due to these “wake-up calls”.
