All three times, prior to my most recent visit, I have reported that 4 out of 5 of the fitness equipment are non-operational, and Mr. Patel has done nothing to repair them. If you plan on using the fitness room, forget it. Today, I sent the complaint to corporate, as if I have to continue to pay full price, I’d like the amenities he offers online, and almost a year is more than enough time to get these working. Looking forward to resolving this issue, Mr. Patel, and thanks in advance.
