Despite the ongoing remodeling and the obvious chaos that typically accompanies major construction, our stay was surprisingly pleasant and stress-free. It was immediately clear that the team was working under challenging conditions, with various areas of the hotel undergoing work. However, the entire staff remained incredibly professional, composed, and accommodating from check-in to departure. I was particularly impressed with how the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well-attended to. Whether it was navigating us around construction zones or proactively checking if we needed anything to mitigate the noise, their "guest-first" attitude was evident. In many cases, renovations can lead to a dip in service quality due to stress, but here, the team’s positive energy made all the difference. Kudos to the management and the frontline staff for maintaining such high standards during this period of growth. They are truly a great asset to this property, and I look forward to returning once the transformation is complete to see the finished product!

That was a definite NO. Nick Patel reached out, but did not respond back. Moldy bathrooms and lack of customer service. I truly believe someone is living there and is using something more than a microwave in their rooms. Highly upset! I am glad I took pictures to escalate this further. This hotel needs to be investigated A.S.A.P!
