    Disappointed with my stay at this Holiday Inn. I have stayed at Holiday’s all over the country, and this was not the quality I have grown to expect when staying with IHG hotels.

    I recently stayed at this property during a period of significant transition, and I felt it was important to share my experience. Despite the ongoing remodeling and the obvious chaos that typically accompanies major construction, our stay was surprisingly pleasant and stress-free. It was immediately clear that the team was working under challenging conditions, with various areas of the hotel undergoing work. However, the entire staff remained incredibly professional, composed, and accommodating from check-in to departure. I was particularly impressed with how the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well-attended to. Whether it was navigating us around construction zones or proactively checking if we needed anything to mitigate the noise, their "guest-first" attitude was evident. In many cases, renovations can lead to a dip in service quality due to stress, but here, the team’s positive energy made all the difference. Kudos to the management and the frontline staff for maintaining such high standards during this period of growth. They are truly a great asset to this property, and I look forward to returning once the transformation is complete to see the finished product!

    I stayed there last week and I felt the same. I messaged management and corporate. They gave me a case number and said they would reach out in 48 hours. That was a definite NO. Nick Patel reached out, but did not respond back. Moldy bathrooms and lack of customer service. I truly believe someone is living there and is using something more than a microwave in their rooms. Highly upset! I am glad I took pictures to escalate this further. This hotel needs to be investigated A.S.A.P!

    Got to hotel with no correspondence. Room on 3rd floor....elevator is out.....no assistance to room. Hotel is dirty...room is dirty....not all lights functioning room
