    Hilton please shut this place down or take back your name. Switching to Marriott properties. I wish I would have read the reviews before staying here with 3.6 stars. Lesson learned I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel first let me start off with the staff. Some friendly and some not they need customer service education. The room ! roaches unacceptable. It grossed me out, I threw away my groceries that I just purchased, because I did not want to eat in a room with roaches in the kitchen, crawling across the countertop. Next the towels ! were so rough like cheap dollar store towels, so hard they scratched your skin horrible. I never stayed at a Hilton property where the towels were so cheap. They definitely did not put any expense toward luxury. The sheets! for the pullout sofa was dirty with black smut on it, and the mattress horrible felt every spring. Unacceptable. The bed! worst sleep I ever had again they spared no expense on luxury. The mattress is probably 5 inches to 7 inches high pillows too soft neck hurt all day back hurt all day. Tried to sleep which already is a struggle due to an uncomfortable bed and someone next to me was cooking and burnt the food and it filled my room walking me of my sleep. I reported this information to the front desk and was told the manager would reach out to me since he was gone for the next day. My last day there I tried contacting this manager four times spoke with three different people and I was told that he gotten my message and would contact me before he left for the day and guess what, no call and not surprising. I did report it to customer service to file a complaint still no call but he gave me 5000 points, should have been a refund Ridiculous!!! I would not stay here again, Nor recommended anybody do so, if I could give zero stars I would, one star is being generous and overrated for this property. After reading the reviews, they are aware that there are roaches. They are aware the towels are rough and cheap, but that seems to have gone out of one ear and out of the other because the problem still exist. They need to be more proactive than reactive. That's how you run a business effectively.

    They have NO butter when you ask the management and the service for a diamond remember is unacceptable. I watched clothes and tried to dry them after the dryer was finished. The dryer did not dry my clothes for $3. So I had to wind up paying $3 extra for my clothes to dry. This place is a dump for the price that you pay unacceptable. I recommend finding another place besides this.

    It’s a shame where the Hilton name has gone. This place should not exist. Furniture looks like it’s from a nearby dumpster. No water bottles or coffee in the kitchen. Utensils, plates and napkins are slim and somewhat non existent. Toilet doesn’t flush and shower has a broken handle. The place smells very bad. Be careful not to stub your toe on the uneven tile. Laundry is $3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry. Bring your own detergent. Breakfast is worse than something you’d find in Walmarts frozen section.

    Please heed all of the reviews, they're not wrong, dramatic, lying etc.. To start, we didn't leave or request another room because we checked in early through the app and didn't come to the room until about 1 AM on New Year's day. We dropped our stuff in the room and everything was normal. About 1.5 hours later we decided to go to bed and when we spotted the roach on our bed. My husband killed it and we inspected the bed and didn't see anything else so we proceeded with caution. My husband slept in all his clothes and didn’t want to take off his shoes for fear that there would be more roaches. Rightfully so considering the next morning when we woke up early to leave the room (didn't want to be there longer than we needed to be) we found 3 more roaches in the bathroom, one near the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom, and when I went to the kitchen to brush the teeth because I was freaked out, there was one on the sink next to the faucet. We then left and on our way out told the front desk woman that there were roaches in room 228 and that it needed to be cleaned and dealt with, she didn't seem surprised at all and said that someone from management would be reaching out to us. I don't think anyone reached out to my MIL directly, but she did get an email stating that she would be given 10,000 Hilton rewards points. 10,000 Hilton rewards points doesn't even cover 1/3 of a night in a $100 hotel room... for $135 a night you would think there wouldn’t be bugs. This room was rated well in the Hilton app and the prices were comparable to other hotels around it, so my MIL didn’t think that it was anything out of the ordinary. In these reviews the hotel likes to respond to say that they will ensure that this never happens again, but it seems like they say that and then don't address the issue. Bugs aside, it also smelled like the hotel was wet and never properly dried, from the elevator all the way until we walked into the room.

    Great location close to the shopping, food the airport we didn't spend time in the hotel to enjoy all the amenities only the complementary breakfast because we came to visit my son so we spend all day out this is the 1st time I see in a hotel that has all this in the bathroom for all to use outstanding
