  Close to average hotel. Breakfast is ok. Room is spacious but not exceptional. Terrible TVs. Kitchen is empty, no water bottles, drinks or in room coffee offered. Bathroom towels are bad, small and hard like sand papers.

  Pros & cons: Pros - The breakfast is almost like brunch, but it closes at 9:30 AM & breakfast help was friendly - Excellent! The location is convenient from DFW airport - Good! The mattress and pillows in our room were very comfy - Great! The suites have a kitchen with some utensils, and ample area for long stays - Super! Cons - The rooms that are facing the highway, have a high noise level which is bad at night, from traffic, so you will need ear-plugs and a sound maker, to possibly sleep, if you are a light sleeper like me. I ended up inspecting the blanket when I was cold, bc it look like a mattress protector with cut off elastic, so I found it to look dirty and it was very light. I requested a switch from the very young receptionist and I had to bring it down myself to pick up a cleaner one, because she was clueless about the resolution when I called front desk for help on this. I would go back, but only if I can have a room opposite to the side facing the highway. If you are on a budget this may be the hotel for you, and if you are able to get a room opposite to the highway, you are also lucky!

  Like most people say if we can give a zero star i will. The room haves bed bugs. I will never stay in this place again.

  Entrance is a bit confusing, service excellent, good breakfast and the rooms might need a remodel, mattress are in perfect time to be replaced, need more stock of not feather pillows

  DO NOT STAY HERE BED BUGS! On October 10th and 11th, I stayed at the Homewood Suites located at 2401 Airport Freeway in Bedford, Texas. After the first night, I noticed three bites on my wrist, which I initially dismissed as possible spider bites. However, after the second night, both I and my partner woke up covered in over 20 bed bug bites all over our bodies. We immediately reported this to the front desk. They provided the manager’s name and instructed us to call back on Monday morning to resolve the issue. Today (Monday), my husband contacted them as instructed. The hotel offered us 20,000 bonus points as a form of compensation (since we used points for the stay). Unfortunately, given the severity of the bites and the discomfort we experienced, I was not satisfied with this resolution. The itching and pain from the bites are significant enough that I am now seeking medical attention. When we called back to request a refund for both nights, the hotel refused, stating they could only justify refunding one night. I also reached out to Hilton’s corporate Instagram account, but they informed me that they do not intervene in such cases and that I must deal directly with the hotel. They claimed that since we accepted the 20,000 points, there was nothing more they could do—despite the fact that this was offered before we fully understood the extent of the issue. As of now, I have opened a case with Hilton customer service, and they have a 48-hour window to investigate. However, as it stands, the only resolution offered is a one-night refund, which I feel is insufficient given the number of bites and the distress caused.
