The hotel’s new renovation was created to meet the evolving needs of the brand’s target guest who is looking for a simple, smart travel experience. The design features an appealing combination of fresh energetic and engaging elements creating a distinctive style that is evident at every touch point of the Holiday Inn Express brand experience. Guests at the hotel can take advantage in and around Beaumont and enjoy the Big Thicket Park bird watching the Creole Nature Trail and the Cattail Marsh Wetlands or the Arts and Culture with many other beautiful attractions surrounding Beaumont. Just minutes from downtown hospitals Exxon Mobil Mead West Vaco, CenterPoint, Energy and Sabine River Authority. The hotel features a Fitness Center and an Outdoor Pool. There are 250 square feet of meeting space, which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people classroom style or 20 people theatre style. Guest rooms feature contemporary styling, comfortable king or two queen beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair, a work desk, a safe and an in room coffee machine, small refrigerator, 50-inch TV and a microwave. Everyone will enjoy our free breakfast, featuring our minute pancake machine and a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast items Those looking to burn off some energy, can enjoy our 24-hour Fitness Center, or just relax at our heated outdoor balcony pool.

    Despite the lobby being occupied by fatigued workers at day’s end trying to all check in,, Angelle and Kim distinguished themselves with an unusually cheerful and uplifting demeanor, reminiscent of someone anticipating a five-day paid vacation. You truly have the right people in place representing hospitality at its finest.

    Friendly staff good service room would have been perfect without visible stains in the carpet. Hot tub was out of order and the reason I picked the hotel. Looked like slime under the ice machine. Breakfast was good but can we get some grits or grit packets like oatmeal? 24 hr coffee was good. Cookies and popcorn when available. Hotel is mostly clean and quiet.I will be back for the cookies and hopefully the hot tub.

    Really appreciate the late check out accommodationb for ihg club members. That really helped me have a good day while waiting on information on my car that hit a javelina the night before.

    The customer service staff at this hotel made up for any deficiency at the hotel. I was treated well and felt taken care of. My rating takes a little hit with some maintenance things in the bathroom and with a showerhead that was so weak. (avoid rm 133 shower!) The hotel was clean, beautiful and with great common areas. Little things can take away so much from what should be a great rating. Poor shower head, no change for laundry room are just two little things that brought frustration. I saw a good housekeeping staff that worked hard. I can't in consciousness give 5 stars or something like that but I would definitely return and would recommend it.
