  Arrived after many long hours of driving, and checked in. The key for the original room worked but the room was dead bolted shut from the inside. Got a key for another room and it didn’t work. Proceeded to go back and forth a total of 4 times to just be able to get a working key for a working room. We finally were able to get into the room and to settle down to a shower full of what appeared to be dog hair, the towels to be intertwined with hair strands that didn’t belong to us, and a bed to be covered in dog hair. Went down for breakfast in the morning for there to only be egg patties, a few yogurts and bread options. I know it isn’t a five star hotel, but cleanliness should be the MOST important thing throughout all hotels. Special Mention: To try to mask the dirty linens, they simply had another bed sheet covering the dirty one. Feeling unclean.

  The staff at the receptionist area, Amanda is amazing, professional and friendly. She took time to tell me about the property and reassured me the area is safe. The room was neat and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was limited but okay. Overall, it has been a great experience and this is the 5th time I am staying there. Thanks again Amanda for making my stay memorable with your friendly and bubbly personality.

  Rooms and most of the staff were great , however I did witness something at breakfast that was pretty disgusting to tell u the truth. I was sitting right outside the breakfast room and overheard an inappropriate conversation take place between a woman and I'm guessing the housekeeper.... The housekeeper walks in and goes to talkinbloud to the woman saying she didn't have a room there to which the woman responded stating thatthe housekeeper had seen her walking back from the store, and that she was staying in room *** with a friend , the housekeep startedspeaking even louder and calling the woman a liar. It was very unprofessional considering it was there in the lobby in front of your other guest. That poor woman left her food on the counter and walked away int tears and went straight to said room and entered it using a key.... So there was no reason for that staf member to have embarrassed that woman like that. I felt bad for her. Even if she hadn't had a room there and was just off the streets and hungry, I feel it could have been handled more discreetly and professionally .
