- BABarbara ArrigoNov 7, 20241.0So my nephew who just got stationed in Texas booked a room for 2 nights, upon arrival they state they can’t rent him the room even though he reserved it because he’s not 21. My nephew asks for a refund since he isn’t allowed to due to not being 21 or older and they refused to give him a refund. Is this how you treat our military? Do better, be better! There is no reason he shouldn’t have been refunded, regardless of a no refund policy since he was unaware he had to be 21 to stay there and again MILITARY! Train your staff better!
