Nice hotel. Rooms are big and bed is good. 100s of TV channels. But parking lot is totally dark. No lights on at all.

Couldn’t even finish outour stay or get our money’s worth because 2 separate little league baseball teams were staying in the hotel and screaming and running around through the halls and in the lobby. It echoed so much throughout the hotel we could hear EVERYTHING from the 5th floor. We also had requested a baby crib upon booking (as we had an infant with us) and was assured multiple times it’d be in the room for us or at the front desk when checking in, we never even got it, and we asked the front desk twice when it’d be brought up and all we got back was “we’ll tell house keeping” and the girl at the front desk couldn’t even look up from her phone for 10 seconds. There was blood on the bottom of the pull out sofa bed and crumbs all over it. Stains on the ottoman in front of the bed, on the couch, and ottomans in front of the couch. The faucet in the bathroom was rusted and stuck to where water only came out of the shower head. And the ac in the bed room was out so it was hot as HELL. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

lobby/check in: friendly staff, quick easy process. The waterfall/fountain while pretty, is VERY loud so it made the desk attendant hard to hear. room: king suite. very large corner room. lots of space. clean, comfortable bed and pullout sleeper couch. Only 2 towels in room though, requested more twice, they never arrived so we just shared damp towels (Ew) pool/hot-tub: biggest disappointment. loved the fact that it was indoor, however, the choice of flooring is a huge fall hazard. it is very slick tile with absolutely no grip. The hot tub bubbles don't work and it's almost too hot with no way to adjust the temp. Finish on the plaster on both the pool and hot tub were coming off even with the slightest touch. Pool water felt very slimy (if you kicked behind you, you left a wake of what looked like soap bubbles) and the water was also very cold. Biggest concern: one of the lights was completely hanging out of its socket underwater. My family left the pool when I noticed that. Breakfast: Average. Its what you would typically get for free at most hotels (eggs, breakfast meat, biscuits, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc). No omelette station, waffle station or anything else that I could see making it worth $14.99/person. Glad I paid a little extra on my room rate to have it included. Event space/ballroom: big, clean. no complaints. Overall value: nearly $300/night is a bit steep, even with it being a king suite style room. I've paid less at Disney/Universal resorts for the same or bigger spaces and more ammenities. Would I return? Maybe, if I was attending another event here, but not as a stopping point while traveling.
