  The customer service staff at this hotel made up for any deficiency at the hotel. I was treated well and felt taken care of. My rating takes a little hit with some maintenance things in the bathroom and with a showerhead that was so weak. (avoid rm 133 shower!) The hotel was clean, beautiful and with great common areas. Little things can take away so much from what should be a great rating. Poor shower head, no change for laundry room are just two little things that brought frustration. I saw a good housekeeping staff that worked hard. I can't in consciousness give 5 stars or something like that but I would definitely return and would recommend it.

  This is not what we are used to for a Holiday Inn Express. No popcorn, no bag of goodies for being a rewards member. Just a plain, boring hotel who's TV wasn't working right. And there were hairs on our comforter. A mess in the toilet. The counter in the room was dirty. No paying attention to detail housekeeping staff? I swear it's hit or miss these days as far as customer service. Forget getting an amazing breakfast. They called this an omelet? One thin bit of cheese in the middle. I'd call this scrambled eggs in the shape of an omelet. Thank God they had yogurt, otherwise I'd have left hungry. Very disappointing!!

  To the attention of management, You asked for review claiming "we need your 10" yet the hotel service and amenities is being working for 2 stars out of 10. The bathroom vents do not work. All the moisture and smells goes everywhere. Making the stay so unpleasant. There are little cockroaches due to the lack of detail cleaning. I found boil eggs rotten in the breakfast refrigerator. The gym tv has no remote control. The hall way floor is dirty most of the time. Front desk don't have enough coins for loundry. The vending items area do not have a layout of prices. Management, please dont take it on your employees. This is your responsability and yes you failed us. All of this deficiencies do not come overnight. Seems like this hotel is been procrastinating for a long time. I liked, the complementary cookies were super tasty. There's plenty of parking. The snack and items of personal needs in the lobby is always stacked with multiple options without alcoholic beverages. The location is surrounded with many restaurants, shooping, and entertainment within 10 minutes drive.
