( It was an application problem ) Just said it might be an internet problem that he would report it! The breakfast, they said that it starts @ 6am more like 6:30 had 3 or 4 items out 25 minutes after, but the hot items only after 6:30 I guess they start cooking and prepping at 6 AM.? Simple stuff .35 truck stop mimi muffins & bruised fruit. Could be better. I'll gladly spend the extra $35 dollars for better service and accommodations down the road. We won't be returning!

However at the Beaumont,TX location our room had not been swept, mopped or cleaned in general. The bed was clean, but the floor had food and hair from the previous tenant. The walls were dirty and our bathroom was gross. I noticed the cleaning lady on her phone every time I passed her in the hallway. Multiple times in one hour. Tiles were loose in the bathroom, the desk had damage and was loose. No bathroom fan. The gym was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good as usual. Ashley at the front desk was the BEST part of our trip. She was friendly, kind, and extremely helpful.
