- CJCarol J5 days ago1.0Rooms have bed bugs. The entire hotel has bed bugs. I saw the remnants everywhere sheets and towels had hard grainy substances. ( carpet grain drugstore beetles. ) Linens arent getting changed. See other reviews. The Housekeeping manager ashley is aggressive and lazy. She needs to be replaced. She sits behind the front desk and glares at guest when they leave or arrive. This isn't her place. Her place is what she was hired to do and she isn't doing it. The hotel needs to be shut down and treated to fix these issues. Cracks and crevices need to be sealed as well. They are not. As well as a replacement Housekeeping manager. Also maybe ihg should require proof of animals being on preventive and vet care to stay at hotels. The Idgaf attitude at this hotel is very bad. I asked for clean towels and was met with adversity.

The rooms were clean although needing some repairs but the staff, except for the front desk women last night, were not welcoming or friendly at all. The breakfast person was missing in action until 930 on the dot when he promptly removed everything not even asking if we were finished. Upon leaving, the front desk person didn't even look up from her computer with head phones on. Would I stay again, absolutely. Convenient to restaurants!

Auf den Tisch stapelten sich altes Geschirr. Keine Säfte da die Maschine auf „low water pressure“ stand. Hotel schön, Service und Frühstück nicht der Rede wert
