    Do not stay here. I repeat do not stay here. The service is not to IGH specifications. We were here 3 nights. First 2 night gets the shower only got like warm. Night 3 absolutely NO hot much less warm. Coffee pots in both rooms did not work. Bed was comfortable but that’s all that was good. Breakfast was even uneasy. Definitely not what I expected from a Holiday Inn. They are supposed to be a Top Tier hotel. Sure charged top tier prices. All my co workers stay here but will definitely tell them to go elsewhere. VERY UNHAPPY

    We stayed here for one night on January 18. Check in was quick the desk staff were polite and welcoming. The room and building have issues. It looks and feels old. The elevator makes a terrible scraping noise when operating and the control was actually held on with clear tape, weird. The hall on the 4th floor was dirty with lots of dirt and bits on the edges. The room needed better cleaning I stepped on a previous guest toenail clipping. Pillows were old and saggy. The bathroom needs cleaning behind the toliet lots of dirt. Worst thing the shower had very weak pressure and no hot water, we passed on a shower. The sink the same very low pressure water would only get slightly lukewarm. In all I will not stay here again as the there are other options around. We like HIEs and are staying in a better tonight.

    I am not one to make a big deal about certain situations, but this one must be brought to light! I reserved a room for a 2-night stay, I reserved a suite of 2 bds, sofa bed and kitchen, the pictures on the site showed me exactly what I was requesting. I booked it! I paid extra to be able to cancel and get a refund if necessary. When we arrived, we checked in and were notified of nothing other than “enjoy your stay, here are your extra pillows” cool! Thank you! Go up to the room, not the room I requested, Room smelled like mold and was extremely musty and warm, the restroom water was BROWN! We immediately called the front desk, and she said to let the water run and it will go away… umm ok well the room also smells like mold and it's not the room I requested. Her response was that the room was cleaned prior to arrival and that is the room in her system. I just hung up! Frustrated and annoyed! I immediately called Staybridge across the street and asked if they had a room, explained exactly what I needed and explained what was going on. The sweet clerk let me know to call IHG and see about getting the room transferred or refunded. So, I CALLED IHG and the young man was actually trying to help, he called the front desk about getting refunded and was told “they don’t do refunds ever” word for word, I was downstairs at this point and heard her say it. I asked! What can we do? and he said book the other room and this situation will be escalated since the manager wasn’t available to speak anyways and won’t be in until the next day at 7am. He said the IHG would be contacting the manager the next day, which would have been a Saturday. Well, I heard nothing, so I called IHG Sunday and still nothing had been done. They say they would try to contact the manager again Monday (today). I understand at that moment the front desk clerk couldn’t refund me my money even though I was literally there for 15 minutes and disgusted. However, the lack of understanding or compassion was astonishing. She was literally like “well sorry nothing I can do” I even asked if there was another room available and she said they were all booked up. Spoiler alert they were not. For the manager to not even call or try to remedy the situation is so unprofessional. I am out 250 bucks and they could care less. What was supposed to be a relaxing and joyous time was almost ruined, thankfully the Staybridge was accommodating and understanding.
