Good things: easy check-in, breakfast attendant, and availability to switch rooms. Need improvement items: 1. Toilet handle did not flush toilet, had to remove the lid and pull chain to flush the toilet 2. Began shower, within 5 minutes the water stopped working. I turned off the facet to see if it would turn back on, nope. Another 4 or 5 minutes, decided to dry off and then try one more time. The water spurts and brown water comes out. I gave up. 3. The pool is green and brown - more like a swamp. 4. My mother tried to call the front desk about water situation, line busy repeatedly. 5. Elevator smells of mildew In the end, mom went to the front desk and complained. The desk clerk moved us rooms immediately. Mom mentioned about the phone line being busy, the clerk stopped making eye contact and ignored the comment. My assumption - took reciever off line to ignore calls. Came in this evening to hear night clerk speaking loudly and rudely in the back. I do not recommend this location.

This has to be the worst holiday inn express on earth. The door jam to the room had gouges where someone had previously tried to break in. Hotel smells of water damage. Needed an ironing board and of course there was not one in room. Room phone doesn’t work so went to front desk to ask for one. Seriously the little girl brought out one with no cover. I about busted a gut laughing.
