- MWMitch Wade6 days ago1.0This has to be the worst holiday inn express on earth. The door jam to the room had gouges where someone had previously tried to break in. Hotel smells of water damage. Needed an ironing board and of course there was not one in room. Room phone doesn’t work so went to front desk to ask for one. Seriously the little girl brought out one with no cover. I about busted a gut laughing.
