- TMTex BH Chemistry Matters_369Nov 29, 20255.0I’ve had Diamond status with IHG for 5 years and the past year I traveled less so I’m platinum. Staying here I had a major issue occur and I was extremely disappoint. The staff members that caused the issue did not own up to what he did which makes me the guest look like a liar. I was very upset and reported the incident to the front desk clerk Anthony. He took care of my issue promptly and got upper management involved. I spoke to the GM who I felt questioned me and my integrity and at that point, I told him I would just speak to IHG corporate about my concerns. The GM then changed his tune a little however I did not feel he handled my complaint the way he should have . However, Anthony made my stay a lovely experience because of his humanity, his genuineness and willingness to help. I would come back to this hotel only to see Anthony again because I know my accommodations will be the top IHG standard that I’m used to. Thank you Anthony for redeeming my faith in this location. I will get five stars in the service category only because of Anthony. I advise anyone that comes to stay. Please keep a close eye on your food and belongings if you have a houseman/ maintenance coming in your room.
