The service here is extremely terrible, whenever we called the front desk to ask for towels. It would take them 30-40 minutes to bring them. Whenever we would finally receive the towels they would never give us enough and we are a family of 5. Furthermore to make matters worse on the day of checkout which is today. A black woman by the name of Sandra who claims to be the manager had the nerve to call the cops on us because she was intimidated by my husband who did nothing but ask politely for an extended checkout to 1:30 considering the fact that we called at 10am for towels and they never bought them until 11:30 and wanted us out the room by 12. How in the world is that possible for a family of 4 to get bathe and put clothes on in a 30 minute span. So now that my husband and I were rushed to leave because the cops were called. We basically had no time to get ourselves together the proper way. The moral of the story is. You spend a ton of money to stay in a hotel like this to be treated like an animal. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and I would not recommend this place to my dog to stay. We were disrespected to the max here and they will never have to worry about ever seeing me or my family again. They need to take care of their roach problems here to while they’re calling cops on innocent people who did nothing wrong to them but try to get my family and I cleaned before we head back home to Houston. Don’t waste your money here at this nasty hotel. You will highly disappointed and upset you did.

Took off a star because the guy at the front desk told me breakfast was served till 10, when I came down at 930 the lights were off and everything was barren. Breakfast is served till 9M-F and 10 on Sat-Sun FYI.
