- IEIrma EufemiaNov 17, 20253.0Hotel and amenities were fine. Pillows could be more comfortable but that’s not a huge deal. We were pretty upset about the fact the both nights we were there, we had to park on the street because the parking lot was FULL of trucks hauling trailers and they were taking up about 6 spots each. The second night, there were some emergency response/fire trucks also taking up all the spots. I feel like the staff could’ve tried a little harder to figure out who was hogging all the parking spots and had them move.
- EEErikaNov 9, 20255.0Three things I want to say about this place: 1. It's clean and everything feels new and recently renovated. I feel almost like we were their first customers at a grand opening. 2. The included breakfast was DeLICIOUS. The biscuits couldn't be improved. I made a great egg/sausage/cheese breakfast sandwich to go and it didn't make it out of the dining room. I also had a bite of my kids waffles, A bite of the breakfast, potatoes, etc. Everything was restaurant-quality in my opinion. I was delighted. The whole breakfast was run by one lady--Isabella, who kept everything stocked and cleared dishes away immediately. I feel like Isabella was doing the work 5 people and making it look easy. 3. Finally, I was impressed by this facility's honesty. I left two valuable rings behind on an ironing board-- my diamond engagement ring and an opal ring that my mother gave me when I was 12 years old. I was driving 70 mph on the highway and began sweating when I realized what I did, and so Robert (who was at the front desk) searched the room twice, got the manager to search all of the linen carts, and on the second time found it. Both of these items are extremely sentimental and my only two nice pieces of jewelry. I will be grateful to Robert for the rest of my life.
