  The front end attendant Emily was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel giving us the quick overview of breakfast timing and location of amenities without being confusing and she did it quickly and efficiently. The rooms are a little older on the decor side, and our little fridge is just humming, but not loud enough to want to switch rooms.

  Need more parking. There’s currently two large commercial trucks with trailers parked in the fire lane behind the building. There’s Two large shipping containers taking up multiple spots. I finally found a spot after eight laps around the building but I can’t get out of my truck because there isn’t room for my doors to open. Someone parked Their truck up on the grass. Vehicles line the street. It’s a madhouse.

  Being away from home can be super intimidating; Especially when you're by yourself. That's the position I came to this hotel in. Anxious as all get out. However, one of my biggest notes on this hotel has been the service. Everyone has been so kind, but I'd like to personally mention Miss Emily. She was so sweet, easygoing, and super welcoming. She sincerely brought me a little taste of security in a city I've never been. I do very much recommend this hotel, and if you happen to meet Miss Emily, give her a warm greeting and know she'll give the same right back!

  I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Austin. It’s super close to the airport but still quiet and very comfortable. I had a situation come up during my visit and Emily handled it perfectly—she was so helpful and made sure everything was done for me right away. Between the great service and the clean, modern rooms, this is a hidden gem. Don’t let any older reviews fool you; the service here is top-notch!

  A wonderful welcoming stay from Dec-Mar and the staff we're friendly and professional. Nancy had a wonderful breakfast buffet set up each morning that was delicious and eye appealing. Olivia her helper kept the eating area spotless. She always had a pleasant conversation. The managers special dinner in Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was a treat. Thank you Hailey and Oscar who were always so so friendly. Oscar at the front desk called you by name each time you entered....how great is that! The room was very clean and well stocked with everyday essentials. Bed was comfortable. Location is ideal to airport and Austin events. I will be back.
