  The only thing was thin walls , I could hear the doors closing at all hours. Not great if you’re a light sleeper but other than that , staff was great and very clean. Great location to walk around and enjoy the area.

  Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The biggest issue was the parking situation. Upon arrival, we were told by staff that if we signed up, we would receive a discount and not be charged for in-and-out parking. However, that information turned out to be inaccurate, and we were charged anyway. When we brought this up at checkout, the manager, Tiffany Reynolds, was rude and dismissive. She told us it wasn’t her responsibility that her staff provided incorrect information and was reluctant to even give her name when we asked. That level of customer service was extremely frustrating. Additionally, the room itself had maintenance issues the shower door was partially broken and there was a loud domestic dispute in the room above us that went on throughout the night and into the morning, making it very difficult to rest. I will say the cleaning staff did a great job, and some of the night staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was negative enough that we will not be returning. I also reached out to customer service after our stay and have yet to receive a response.

  Schönes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Allerdings gibt es eine Haken - die Klimaanlage. Diese ist unfassbar laut, aber ohne kommt man nicht aus. Sie war bei uns rechts in der Wand und somit direkt neben unserem Bett. Wenn man also Lärmempfindlich beim schlafen ist, dann ist das wohl eher schwieriger. Sonst ist das Hotel wirklich gut. Das Parken über das Hotel muss man nicht annehmen - es gibt direkt gegenüber ein Parkhaus das pro Tag, dass maximal 20 Dollar kostet. Das Hotel verlangt für das gleiche Parkhaus 25 Dollar pro Tag. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive im Blue Lacy (Restaurant im Hotel). Sollten sie es nicht haben, dann ist es das Geld nicht wert. Einfach überteuert. Es liegt in einer schönen Gegend mit Bars und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.

  Great hotel!! Great location!! Very clean and will definitely come back. The only thing was a toilet didnt flush well but 5 stars otherwise.

  My go-to hotel every time I'm in Austin! I've stayed at the Origin Hotel more times than I can count for work trips and it never lets me down. The hotel is consistently clean, beautifully designed, and the location is fantastic with so many great restaurants nearby. Parking is easy, late checkout is never an issue, and the staff are always warm and professional. When you find a hotel this reliable in a city like Austin, you stop looking anywhere else. Highly recommend!
