  I ran in to a few issues and I reached out to Rebecca who is the night auditor. She did everything she could to help me. When I tell you how much I appreciate what she did for me and how she made everything easier. Definitely would recommend staying to anyone visiting Austin. 10/10

  Honest I had a good stay to me it’s very pricy here and the customer service was mid especially the overnight early morning Fron desk worker this location is also VERY BOOKED and busy and watching on how they treated certain guest (not me) I would properly look for a different location next time

  This hotel is now part of adjacent Hotel Indigo. Access is complicated, involving that hotel. Staff indifferent and not knowledgeable about HIE. Laundry facilities out of service with no expected repair date. Staff could care less. Very expensive parking required - not mentioned on hotel site. Very disappointing experience.

  I found it very odd that the Holiday Inn side of the hotel was closed and we had to check in at the Hotel Indigo. It felt like we were wandering through an abandoned hotel to get to our room. In the morning, it wasn’t as weird because they had breakfast going and it was lively, but later in the evening it just felt a bit off. The staff at the Hotel Indigo front desk were wonderful and so kind though! The rooms were nice overall. Ours needed a bit of work/some maintenance. Nice view of the pool. Close to Stubb’s and pretty walkable overall. I did appreciate that they provided a noise machine!

  I had a really great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin Downtown. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient location, which made it easy for my group to get around and enjoy the city. What really stood out, though, was the service. Kiran and Gwen were both incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They gave us great recommendations for things to do around Austin and were super accommodating with our group, which made the whole experience feel seamless. Between the location, the comfort of the hotel, and the genuinely thoughtful staff, this ended up being such a positive stay. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Austin.
