  Holy goodness if I could give more stars it would be 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend!! This was by far the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed at. If you ever have the chance to try it out you definitely should.

  We were looking into a few hotels this evening and called to ask a few questions. The lady who answered was rude and short with us. Decided elsewhere would be best. Seems like this is not the only review like this, they need customer service skills.

  Management needs to know how I was treated on the phone when I called on Tuesday, 03/31/26 at 6:22 pm to inquire regarding vacancy/rates. The employee who took my simple call was a complete and total JERK. This person asked me an entirely inappropriate and personal question. I was appalled. I certainly hope that the calls are recorded for quality assurance. It is unacceptable to have this type of behavior from an employee who is the first point of contact with your customers. Good luck with this rude, condescending, immature individual. We will take our business elsewhere.

  Girls night out for four! Best experience ever👌 Breakfast was out of this world 👌👏 chef Marialla was amazing and Our server Nathan was very pleasant. We will comeback to stay and sometimes just to have amazing breakfast.

  I stayed many times at the even I’ve always thought the front desk was a little short, rushed border lined rude . However this last visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel . I got food poisoning from the shrimp I ate at the restaurant I had to consult a dr. Via video because I couldn’t even get out of bed. The staff was less then helpful they were treating me as if I were lying . I had no reason to do so . I didn’t want anything free I just wanted them to be aware so the item could be removed and nobody else would have to suffer the way I did . My stomach is bloated still . I was in bed vomiting with diarrhea for 3 days my trip was ruined. I got no sympathy from the staff or management. Who didn’t return my calls I had to call her back repeatedly just to speak to her . So much for me being a platinum member. I still got charged for the shrimp by the way.
