Also whoever is at the front desk is going to catch a lawsuit for this hotel… Falsely advertising you do accept these are not only a issue but I never had a single issue with anyone else till I came to this hotel. Poor service all the way around!

I love that the hotel offers an airport shuttle and a shuttle service to and from the hotel within a 5-mile radius. Raymond is very considerate and friendly. Javon was super helpful and nice at the front desk. I had no problem checking in or asking questions. He checked in a couple of times to make sure I was enjoying my stay. He also helped me switch rooms because my first room needed some TLC on one of the windows. I also appreciated the free happy hour and breakfast in the lounge. Definitely worth the stay if visiting for a short period.
