He went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and made us feel welcome right away. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and clearly takes pride in managing the hotel well. If I’m ever back in Austin, I’ll be booking this hotel again solely because of Samuel. Highly recommend!

And just a suggestion, the bathroom probably needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The reason why is, there is a foul smell like a pee. I am sure this will be resolved in time. Over all tho, I will still stay in this hotel.
- CNChris NullDec 6, 20251.0Staff lied about being able to check in between 9 and 10am. Called 3 times prior to trip Never once did anyone mention that their is an early check in fee. Had to sleep in my car after working a 12 hour shift and driving 16 hours. Staff was very rude and discriminate. The dishwasher was broken walls dirty the plates and bowls were not in the room like supposed to be. Worst Stay ridge suites ever and no compensation for dirty room and broken dishwasher. The only staff member to be nice was Samuel everyone else should be like him. One morning there were 3 Hispanic people eating full breakfast about 6:10am I just wanted a little eggs and the breakfast worker came yelling at me breakfast is at 6:30am yes I am not Hispanic so therefore not allowed to eat before 6:30am. Every complaint was totally dismissed by management.
