- KMK McJan 1, 20261.0I honestly wouldn’t stay here again. The room I was in you had to constantly press the start button to start the microwave because it wouldn’t work properly. The ice maker knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it on. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flatten. There should be more parking spaces at the front of the building. The button to control the room temperature you have to press it really hard for it to go up or down a degree. My charger/plug in the outlets kept falling out and wouldn’t stay in for long. Overall wasn’t satisfied & have stayed at much better Staybridge's.

To my surprise, today's happy hour served us Burgers & Beer! Absolutely amazing. This wasn't just your ordinary hotel appetizers. I haven't had this atmosphere food wise since college. - ATAaron ThomasNov 17, 20252.0Room had roaches. I saw a bug while washing dishes and squished it to the point I didn't know what it was. I'm a very clean person and was sketched out so I went to get some sticky traps at the Walmart nearby (location is really good, close to shops, restaurants and the freeway) I set up the traps around the kitchen, bathroom and bed. I ended up catching a few baby roaches in the kitchen. I notified staff the next day and they sent someone up with a can of raid and he sprayed around and he said he would monitor it tomorrow. So now my room reeked of bug spray... Next day when I got back from work I had more of them in the traps and they did offer me to move to another room but I had no way of know if that other room had more or less of them and I didn't feel like packing and moving since I was leaving soon anyhow. I just went and bought a bunch of plastic bags so I could quarantine my possessions so I didn't bring them back home with me. Also out of 10 washers and dryers(which are thankfully free to use) only half of them were working. No bed bugs in the traps, so that's good at least. The guy who was in charge of the food service for breakfast and evening service was super nice and professional. I unfortunately forgot his name. This review would have been much high and I would have stayed here again if it weren't for the bug problem that they need to sort out.
