Management/Service: 5/5 - Ms. Jennifer at the frontdesk was very nice and helpful to our family. My platinum elite membership was recognized and we got an awesome room upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Food: 4/5 - the Texas pancakes are good. - sausage links are “very dry” - breakfast tacos were “crispy” and a bit overcooked - drinks are good and has a variety of options. Sodas are kinda watered down, it tastes different. Rooms: 5/5 - we had our own beds to ourselves. Thanks to the complimentary upgrade by Ms. Jenn. - so far, this had been one of our most relaxing Thanksgiving weekend.
