- DSDanny Sosa6 days ago5.0I stayed here a month ago, for business, it was close to the conference I had to attend. It was last minute and I had a great experience. I got there late at night and the lady working the front desk was very nice. My room was comfortable. Oh and breakfast was great!

I had a situation come up during my visit and Emily handled it perfectly—she was so helpful and made sure everything was done for me right away. Between the great service and the clean, modern rooms, this is a hidden gem. Don’t let any older reviews fool you; the service here is top-notch!

Nancy had a wonderful breakfast buffet set up each morning that was delicious and eye appealing. Olivia her helper kept the eating area spotless. She always had a pleasant conversation. The managers special dinner in Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was a treat. Thank you Hailey and Oscar who were always so so friendly. Oscar at the front desk called you by name each time you entered....how great is that! The room was very clean and well stocked with everyday essentials. Bed was comfortable. Location is ideal to airport and Austin events. I will be back.
