  BEWARE! Do not stay at this property. We stayed with family and our vehicle was broken into, our mirrors were stolen and the staff was no help and not cooperative. They were quick enough to clean the smashed glass from the parking lot where the cars were broken into. Hate this place! Never stay here.

  I should have read the bad reviews. Our truck and several other vehicles were broken into. There are signs that say dont leave belongings in vehicle. That should have been a warning to us. We did not leave any belongings and still our window was broken. Nothing was taken but we're left with this added cost. Police and management are no help. We were parked near the entrance under a light and still it was broken into. No security. We were parked in front of a camera that doesn't work. Being rewards members and exclusive to using Holiday Inns on our trips we were surprised. Lesson learned, if you are staying in Austin or San Antonio for that matter, make sure hotel has security. These two cities have become a cesspool of crime.

  I recently stayed here and thought because I was an IHG member the experience would be a bit better. One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I traveled to Austin for business and this was where I decided to stay being it was fairly close to my place business. The first night I checked in I go to the room and all seemed ok till I started looking for the wall plug the alarm clock was hooked up to. While doing so, I found a lot of crumbs and even finger or toe nails on the floor 🤢. I went to the gentleman at the front desk who was courteous, but said he couldn’t do anything because they were fully booked. He did mention I would have to speak to a manager the next day. Well, the next day when I got in the manager was already gone. I didn’t put the do not disturb tag so room service could clean the room in hopes of getting past the situation. Guess what, that didn’t happen! The bed was made but the floor was still the same!!! I was never able to switch out of the room and never able to speak to a manager. On my checkout date I left my phone number so the manager could call me, but here we are 5 days later and he/she still haven’t reached out to discuss this very unpleasant stay. Although I am an IHG member, I will NEVER stay here again. Poor service and poor management. If staying here watch for dirty floors in your room!!

  I have visited many different hotels, my job requires it, I am an IHG member and they always welcome me and recognize me as a member at every hotel. But at this hotel I felt discriminated against. When I arrived it was almost midnight on September 20, 2020. I greeted the girl but she didn’t return my greeting. I asked for a room and her response disconcerted me: I need an ID and a credit card (her way of asking me for it made me feel like I was in front of an ICE agent, at least that’s how she made me feel; I am Latino). I gave her my ID and my company’s credit card and she didn’t want to accept it because it didn’t have my name on it. I explained that I always use that card and her refusal was categorical. I had to give her my personal card. The next morning at checkout I asked another receptionist for my receipt and told her to charge my company’s card and she did.
