We were awakened at 3 am, until 4 am, by a pounding noise on the other side of our wall, shared by the housekeeping office. A maintenance person came and checked it out with a flashlight, but no activity was found. I have called the hotel and asked to speak to a manager, but have not been responded to.

- TTTDec 7, 20251.0Booked a King suite 2 weeks earlier (!), prepaid, and they gave us a queen room trying to say sleeping alone in a smaller bed is somehow an "upgrade" because they're "sold out". No manager available, come back in two days to talk. Total bs. Hotel smells stuffy, the sofa was dirty, the bathroom clean, bed comfortable, AC super loud. Breakfast is worse than what you'd expect. But the biggest issue was not honoring our booking, that's unacceptable. Also one month after daylight saving they still haven't reset the timer on the lights so we had to unpack and find the entrance in pitch dark, wasn't even sure they're open... Badly run place.
