- 1W1 WOct 28, 20252.0I arrived for breakfast at 9:15 a.m., and the attendant informed me that it was already closed. I explained that breakfast was supposed to remain open until 9:30 a.m., and she reluctantly allowed my family and me to enter. However, when we got inside, there was almost nothing left; no bread, bagels, muffins, bacon, or eggs. The only items available were packaged oatmeal, cold water for the oatmeal and juice. Guests who were already eating went back for seconds and there was nothing left for them. The following morning was no better. The cook only put out about a dozen pieces of bacon at a time, forcing guests to stand in line and wait for refills. The eggs were burnt, the biscuits were inedible, and the pancake mix had run out entirely. In addition to the breakfast issues, the Wi-Fi kept going out throughout our stay, which caused the TV to stop working as well. This made it difficult for my family to relax and enjoy our time in the room. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards we expected. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that future guests receive the quality and service your establishment promises.
