- SSStefanMar 5, 20264.0Overall good hotel in convenient location. Staff was friendly & accommodating, continental breakfast was good, and overall would recommend. Only negative experience was hot tub out of service and you have to ask front desk in person for "stayover service" to do your room. For a $100+/night room in a 3-star hotel the housekeeping should be included by default. Also short walking distance across parking lot to a few restaurants and HEB just 3min down the road.
- NRNy RootMar 3, 20265.0What a beautiful scenic view we had!! We stayed here for 2 days, on a weekend, and our stay was just fantastic. Rooms were neat and clean. They don't do room service every day but if you want clean towels, just take your dirty towels to the front desk and they will give you clean ones. Kind of annoying but considering other factors no big deal. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. They had cheese and veggie omelets, hot potatoes, pancakes and cinnamon rolls - along with other regular items such as muffins, cereals, bagels, and bread items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

However, two major concerns. First, the hot tub was not working which was a massive disappointment. Second, the elevator is extremely concerning. There is just one. The buttons do not light up, the doors and elevator make groaning noises and shutter. The elevator has an inspection sticker that is well past due. This is a safety hazard that needs to be addressed.

I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team. I highly recommend this IHG hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfortable accommodation, and a tasty breakfast experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for another stay!
