We chose this location because my wife was working on a business trip 5 min away, and we took advantage of the weekend and attended the USGP. From the moment we arrived (earlier than normal check-in time), the manager at the desk was incredibly friendly and made an effort to get us in as early as possible. Even though the hotel was at capacity due to the busy weekend, the hotel was in great condition and shape, the employees and staff were very attentive and responsive, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. We made it a conscious note to return to this Holiday Inn whenever we return to Austin after our recent experience.

The pool facilities were satisfactory; however, the jacuzzi remained out of service throughout our four-day stay in September, which was somewhat disappointing. The complimentary laundry facility located next to the gym was very convenient, allowing guests to exercise while waiting for laundry.

The breakfast ladies were really attentive, all had a smile on their face, and made sure everything was restocked. The rooms were really clean and stocked up! The hotel itself is in a really nice location, everything is near!
