  😩La habitación tenía un olor a humedad que no te dejaba ni respirar horrible a pesar que lo están remodelando las habitaciones huelen muy mal tal vez la alfombra que estaba toda sucia y el aire acondicionado también olía mal lo marcaré para no volver 😢

  Best breakfast fruit. Best shower. Everything worked well. Staff was very helpful. Parking good.

  Definitely the worst hotel I've stayed at. The staff is nice and they seem to care a lot. Great breakfast. Maintenance on the other hand is atrocious. The room was mostly clean besides the sticky floor and musty smell other guests have complained about. AC was out in most of the common areas however, as was the ice machines besides the first floor, which sucked to get to because the elevator even broke as I was there 🫠. My toilet kept running over and over again and then clogged. I had to walk downstairs before checkout to use the bathroom and they actually disabled your key 30 minutes before check out, which meant I had to walk all the way back downstairs after not being able to get back into my room to grab my stuff. Overall, just a headache to deal with every night to come back to when I'm supposed to be enjoying a vacation.

  I booked a room through Booking.com and paid for it prior to arrival . During my initial check -in the lady was snappy and rude . I arrived at 2:30 instead of 3. She tells me there are no rooms available and points to several people waiting in the lobby for a room . Tells me I can leave if I want but rooms will be given out first come first serve. I ask about the security deposit and she tells me it’s mandatory regardless as to who I booked through . I then ask if the room can be refunded and she tells me it cannot . I call Booking and they confirm I do not have to pay a deposit but my room is paid for . The Booking Rep tried to call but no one answered so they send an email. Go back about an hour later and now there is another lady at the desk , she is just as rude as the first . Didn’t acknowledge me when I got to the desk . Allowed another customer to cut me in line . She legit started taking care of another customer who came from down the hall when it was my turn . Anywho , she starts the check in process and tells me I’m required to pay in full again . The room and deposit even though the room has been paid for .I have a copy of the receipt showing a full room charge and the email notification that she attempted to charge my credit card again but it was locked . I explain this to her and she demands I call Booking and have them call her . I explained that they tried calling earlier and couldn’t get an answer and that an email was sent . She claims she doesn’t see an email . By this time I have Booking on the phone and they have placed me on hold to attempt to call the Hotel again . The Booking rep cannot get anyone on the phone . He send another email . They refused to let me check into my room or give me my money back . I never understand when people work in customer service but aren’t helpful . You are working to help me not make things more difficult . I don’t live here . No friends or family here. Traveled for work: Didn’t have anywhere to go and they wouldn’t let me check in . I PAID FOR A ROOM and they denied me check in and refused to refund my money . Not to mention there is so much construction going on . It’s almost impossible to find . There are tons of other options in the area . I wouldn’t recommend staying here . The service was terrible .

  Fees fees and fees for charging you fees! I absolutely hate getting a reservation and then get to the hotel and the fees add 20% or more to the stay. They charge $9.95 a night to stay at the hotel! Ridiculous! 2% Austin fee!
