- DJDestiny JonesNov 16, 20251.0BEDBUG WARNING — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING I stayed at this hotel on 11/15/25-11/16/25 and unfortunately discovered what appears to be a bedbug after my visit. It bit me during a meal with friends, and I have clear photos documenting what I found. Because I’ve completely lost my voice, I’m unable to call the hotel right now, but I still wanted to make other guests aware. Dealing with this has been extremely stressful — now I have to heat-treat and clean all of my belongings to make sure I don’t bring an infestation home. I will be reaching out to management as soon as I can speak again, but in the meantime, guests deserve to know that I experienced a serious cleanliness issue during my stay.

The hotel advertises the parking as approx $45 per day but in fact can be much higher if you exit a few times. This is an obvious dishonest cash grab. Will avoid this property going forward.

Hotel says they released my deposit, checked with my bank still have yet to receive nor have they seen anything. My friends are also in the same boat with their deposit. - LLLisaOct 26, 20251.0This review is about the hotel chain’s online reservation system, not particular about their service at this location. On 7/31/2025, I made a reservation for 3 nights from 10/20 to 10/23. On 8/11, I changed the reservation to 2 nights, 10/21 to 10/23. The total amount on the 8/11 confirmation email showed $495.69. The day before the checkin date, I login online to add a guest name to the reservation and it was handled by their AI virtual agent. The reason for the name addition was that the other person would arrive two hours early than me. The name addition was successful, but the total price was suddenly changed to $859.18. I spent almost three hours that day (10/20) chatting and calling their customer service number to get this fixed in vain. The persons on the phone just couldn’t understand the issue. One lady even told me this is called dynamic pricing. After three hours of trying, I gave up. I printed out all the emails, prepared to argue with them when I arrive the next day. Later in the day, I accidentally found that the original cancellation deadline 10/16 for the reservation was also changed to 10/20 night, so I immediately cancelled it. We ended up booked another hotel for close to $700. I have travelled for many years and to many cities, this was the first time a hotel has increased price on me after booking. I do think it was caused by a software bug in their AI software. Still, this doesn’t excuse them from the bad customer service when I tried to resolve the issue with them.
