The hotel bar and staff were overwhelmed, not able to completely serve adequately, which god bless these folks, they were working so hard. But management/leadership needs to be more proactive on ensuring four seasons experience. Didn’t feel it this time.

Whenever I asked to talk to the manager, she was so rude to me and treated me like scum. I am unsure if she is new, because I’ve never had an issue before this. They also stopped my elderly dad at the front, and interrogated him like he wasn’t supposed to be there when he was a paying customer. I am absolutely appalled at the service and how we were treated. Never coming back.
