I've stayed at all the luxury hotels downtown Austin and no one provides the treatment and intentional care that ALL of the staff at Proper does. The other hotels could learn from this. One of the staff members I see every morning during my coffee in their cool lounge is Evie. She is so thoughtful and fun, she even walks around handing out clippings of quotes from bookings to provide inspiration for the day, along with another cop of coffee on the house! This hotel is now my go-to home away from home, I love this place. I want to move in...
