Newly constructed in 2019, the Candlewood Suites sits just inside of Walnut Creek Business Park, and is a 10-15 minute drive from the Domain. Just 8 miles from Austin Bergstrom Airport, 4 miles to the University of Texas (UT), and 6 miles to the Texas State Capitol and the downtown area, you can access most anywhere in Austin in a few minutes. Every room in this hotel has a kitchen, which is equipped with a stove top, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, dinnerware and cookware. Should you be more focused on working during your stay, you’ll find the perfect space to be efficient with our spacious work desks. For those needing larger rooms, we offer One Bedroom Suites, which boast a large living room, a separate bedroom and a full kitchen.We invite you to take advantage of the many amenities offered at this hotel, such as grabbing a delicious snack or meal from the Candlewood Cupboard, exercising in the 24-hour Fitness Center, or enjoying a picnic in the gazebo by the barbeque grills. The hallway had an old farm smell, once I got to my room(303), the room smell wasn’t pleasant. As I was taking my shoes off, the floor was damp and smelled old. Again, didn’t think much of it, the room was clean and nice. Once I got into the bed, the covers and sheets felt damp and hot. It was like a humid feeling making me feel sticky. Once the next morning came, I noticed my stomach area had bumps red ones, I thought this was a small rash and it would go away, sure enough, it never did. Once I came back to Fort Worth, the bumps were still present but started spreading, here I am going to a doctors appointment on May 30th telling me I have a fungal infection and I’m now on a medication for it. CLEAN YOU SHEETS!, serious consequences will be taken into consideration! Media broadcasting will be notified! Clean your rooms ! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!
