- WSWilliam SchaferDec 29, 20251.0I have traveled for work for many years and have stayed at thousands of hotels. Everything was average as hotels go, but three major problems came up. Smelled funny to my wife, the bed was uncomfortable, but the worst was the all night road noise.. the worst I've ever experienced. Normally the noise tapers off from around 10pm to 5am at other hotels I've stayed in. Not here. I have a sleep monitor on my watch and I recorded 4 hours of actual sleep out of 7.5 hours. My worst ever. I believe the person at the desk should have put us in a quieter room on the other side of the hotels. If it would have been so much better if our stay was in a quiet room..

- VVVeraOct 24, 20255.0Room was clean upon arrival, I really liked the kitchen, and housekeeping went the extra mile keeping everything, even the dishes I didn't expect them to touch. My only gripe was the required payment upon booking for the "complimentary" shuttle. You guys might want to look into what the word means. Also the information on finding the shuttle needs updating. The actual driver was great though, no complaints once we finally figured it out on our own.
