What impressed me most was the cleanliness and attention to detail. In an era when many hotels have cut back on room cleaning, BWP still delivers: clean towels daily, fresh soap and lotion, and beds perfectly made every morning. Traveling to Austin often, I’ve noticed not all hotels maintain this standard, so staying here was truly refreshing. Thank you to the entire staff for turning what could have been a difficult stay into such a positive experience. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Austin
