  Elevator locked is in 5 times thru our 2 day stay the lock on our door didnt work room was tiny Scratchy things where going on outside at the motel next door had to close the window curtain so my kids couldn't see Tv is extremely old bedding was vary ruff and uncomfortable their towels are more like hand towel size The breakfast was good

  Only one elevator (barely) works and the ATM is ‘disabled.’ Room was in decent enough shape, not bad for a night or two. Good breakfast buffet.

  O hotel está localizado em uma área cheia de moradores de rua e com sensação de perigosa. O hotel imediatamente do lado, que aparentemente abriga moradores de rua da região, que é para onde sua janela está apontada, teve som alto, brigas e polícia em dois dias da minha hospedagem. Não fosse só, o elevador esteve quebrado em mais da metade do tempo que fiquei, inclusive no meu check out, me obrigando a descer escadas com malas de mais de 20kg. Infelizmente, não recomendo esse local, apesar do quarto e dos funcionários serem acima da média.

  I honestly can't understand how this hotel as a 4-stars review... I know you get what you pay for, but anyway, it is well below what you would expect for the price. Dirty rooms (a highly suspicious crimson stain in the shades...), noisy AC, scarcity of basic amenities like shower gel or shampoo... The staff is the only thing that stands out, really attentive and friendly. If you've ever been to a Holiday Inn and said "There's no way I'm ever going back", then you know what I mean. Don't ever go here.

  I have the worst hotel experience ever in my 15 yrs travelling history at Best Western Plus Austin Central! The hotel didn't allow me to check in though I already pre-paid full booking & they haven't refunded me as of now. I booked this hotel via Agoda (booking ID 1695117798) for Feb 13- 16 & prepaid 100%. However, when i check in, hotel staffs requested me to present "physical credit card" while this policy was not posted in hotel's policy in Agoda when i make the booking. I tried to explain that I have my credit card in Google's wallet & can use it to tap, the hotel staffs refused though their POS has tap function & they accepted tap for those guests buying beverages. The staffs also refused cash or my friend's physical credit card & didn't allow me check in though i had paid my room fee 100%. Now they also refused confirming this event to Agoda for my booking refund. Kindly noted that I had used my wallet's credit card to tap in other hotels when i checked in without any issue, e.g: Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown, Super 8 by Wyndham Austin University. I requested your hotel to urgently respond to Agoda & refund my booking. And I hope you should improve your customer service better in the future as well as clearly listed this mandatory policy of "physical credit card" in Agoda & other booking platform.
