  I expected a better experience from a Best Western Plus hotel. Don't get there early for check-in, or you'll be expected to pay a $25 early check-in charge even if you're a Best Western Diamond member. Don't ask for an extra room key, as you'll likely be told they don't have enough keys to provide an extra. Don't expect a very good breakfast, one morning of my stay the sausage was barely edible. The hotel was noisy both inside and out. I could hear the person in the room next door talking & snoring, I was woken by them one morning around 5am. And the hot water was lukewarm at best for the entire stay. I like the location, both for the proximity of my business there, as well as the airport. However, I'll look for other choices when I'm in Austin next.

  Great value for an airport hotel! Free breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs, waffles, and plenty of coffee. Staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help us find a good BBQ spot nearby.

  Close to airport and close to downtown which was perfect for our trip. We walked around Lady Bird Lake one morning before checkout, such a nice area! Hotel was clean staff friendly, and the pool looked nice although we didn't use it.

  Good location about 15-20 mins from downtown Austin. Breakfast options are decent (waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt and oatmal). Love the option for cinnamon waffles and coffee machine for fresh lattes, cappuccinos etc. Rooms are decent size and comfortable. Seems like they don't clean the sheets properly (either never changed or not washed properly) the first room we were in had makeup and blood stains on the sheets. The second room (transferred because there wasn't any hot water in the BR) also has minor blood stains on the sheets.

  Ratings are always relative to price, so let's orient ourselves first. I managed to slide into an upgraded room (fridge and microwave) using super dot com for $61. If I had paid $100+ this review would read very differently. I'll spare you any further prose and give you the extract version: Cleanliness: 10 Condition: 7 (toilet paper holder was broken + minor cosmetic things) Location: 10 (if your destination is not the airport, what are you even doing?) Breakfast: 5 (Waffle House is literally right across the street) Bed: 10 Neighbor noise: 8 Overall impression: New building. High ceilings in room. Excellent choice for the price.
