- ALAngela Leggett3 days ago5.0My family of four stayed one night. We made our reservation online the evening before and checked in the next night. Check-in was smooth; the staff were already expecting our arrival and had our suite ready with key cards prepared. The entire process took no more than five minutes. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel appeared to have been recently updated with new carpet, paint, and other improvements. We slept well and woke up to enjoy the complimentary breakfast around 6:18 a.m. Everything was hot and ready it smelled great, looked delicious, and tasted good. Check-out was simple, with a convenient drop box at the front desk for our key cards. We were out around 9:15 a.m. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and offered a great price.

Based on previous reviews it sounds like they’ve had a bug issue for a while. They let us move rooms but otherwise didn’t seem to care very much. I would avoid, for obvious reasons, but also because they did not act very courteous when we informed them of the issue.

He accused us of not paying even after we provided our confirmation number and email. He jumped on the phone talking nonsense to someone and continued to be rude throughout. We thought about leaving and going to another hotel but Tommie beat us to it and just walked out of the front door leaving us standing there alone in the lobby. I spoke with the manager and he didn't even provide a refund. Needless to say I cannot recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. Tommie completely ruined our stay here and I hope no one has to deal with him in the future. You can do much better, stay somewhere else.
